When you request a rank plan we store the URL you submitted, the email address you give us (optional), your IP address for abuse prevention, and the report we build. Building the report means we fetch public pages from the site you submit and look up its backlinks and search data with third-party providers.
Your email is used to send you the rank plan and, if you opt in, occasional updates about new directories. We do not sell it. Reports live at an unguessable link; anyone with the link can view it, so share it deliberately.
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, PDF rendering), Neon (database), Firecrawl (page fetching), DataForSEO (backlink and search data), Ahrefs (Domain Rating), Anthropic and TypeSafe (analysis). Each receives only what it needs to do its part. Domain Rating is provided by Ahrefs under its Domain Rating licence.
Email hello@rankplan.io to have a report deleted, your email removed, or a site excluded from future reports. We answer within a few days.
